In order to claim land, you need to start with obtaining a golden shovel. This will be your claim tool. Next thing you need is Claimblocks.

Up to 20,000 Claimblocks can be obtained by simply playing on the server! However, you will only ever be able to use 20,000 Play-Claimblocks at once
You can obtain more than 20,000 claimblocks, but it requires a bit of extra effort. You can do this by several methods;
-Trading with people to have them give you their extra claimblocks that they have spare with  “/payclaimblocks [player] [Amount]”
-Buying extra claimblocks on https://donate.minevict.us/
To make a claim, right click with your golden shovel on the two opposite corners of where you want to place your claim. Alternatively, you can type “/claim” to automatically claim a 9x9 segment of land centered where you stand
By typing “/subdivideclaims” you can toggle “Subdivision mode”. This allows you to make claims within your claims! Handy for your Mayoral Duties! You will still have all permission inside that subdivide, however you will have to implicitly dispense new permissions for each subdivision, as the permissions of the mother claim will not carry over to all the subdivisions made within it.
To exit Subdivision mode, type “/basicclaims” to return to the core claiming system.
You can easily extend your claim with 2 methods. You can type in the command “/extendclaim [numberofblocks]” while holding a golden shovel to extend the claim border the desired amount of blocks in the direction you face. Or you can find a corner of the claim, and right click on it with a shovel, this will allow you to click a new desired placement for the corner you clicked on, allowing for quick and efficient claim resizing.
Stand in the claim and type in “/unclaim” and it will delete the claim completely. Alternatively, if you are looking for a fresh new start, you can type “/abandonallclaims” And every claim of yours will be automatically deleted so you can start fresh
There are several permissions that you can give to fellow players! If you want to give a player a permission in ALL of your claims on the world, stand in unclaimed territory and type the appropriate permission command. If you want to give them a permission in specific claims, then stand in the specific basic or subdivision claim that you desire and type the appropriate command.
